Delete Your Account

You can delete your Tomitra account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
Open the Tomitra app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account, bookmarks, reading history, preferences, and profile information are permanently removed right away.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email us at contact@tomitra.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 7 days, and we confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
All personal data tied to your account: your profile (name, email address, phone number, profile picture), bookmarks, reading and search history, notification preferences, and any comments or reports you submitted. Aggregated analytics that do not identify you are retained, and we may keep minimal records where the law requires it.
